Terms of Service
Effective date: 4 March 2026
1. Services
OnPixel provides website design and development services as described on our website and agreed upon in individual project proposals. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom design and code created specifically for your project. OnPixel retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Revisions
Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
OnPixel's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
8. Website Use
This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content on this site.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
